What is and how it works

RAINBOX is a practical and compact cabinet that contains the air purifier device, with ionizer.

With its revolutionary water filtering system, combined with the H.E.P.A. ionizer filter, it cleans the air in your room with an efficiency of up to 99.9% (see certifications on page No. 7) capturing the finest dust even as small as 0.3 micron. As well as cleaning, RAINBOX also ionizes the air, thanks to its induced passage through the water. Ionization becomes essential above all when various types of electronic devices are used, which tend to deionize and therefore impoverish the air of precious “negative ions” which constitute the “vitamins” of the air itself. Another very important function is stabilization of the humidity level in the room. When too dry air is sucked, it will absorb the right amount of humidity through the filtration in water, whereas in the case of air that is too moist, the water contained in the tank will retain the excess humidity. The end result will be a steady and ideal humidity level of approx. 45 - 50%.

RAINBOX can also capture bad odours and fumes (combustion, cigarettes, etc.) in the water, and perfume the air with the use of particular essential oils to be added directly to the water, producing a beneficial and pleasant aromatherapy effect. It disinfects the air simply by placing in the water in the tank a special and completely harmless disinfectant that reduces the bacterial and viral load in the air, drastically decreasing contagion between persons who live and/or work in common areas.

HEPA FILTER Grade 3428 is a support for low resistance filters, for the production of filters with typical efficiency of 99.985% tested with particles of 0.3 microns at a frontal speed of 32 lpm.
